What are the methods of
training
Classes are held individually or in a group with a maximum of 5 clients. One reason for that is that each client works at a different pace, some will synthesize the information quite quickly and will be able to do more exercises and progress through the various levels quickly, while others will need to work very slowly and less intensively. Another reason is that each client is individual. By doing individual and semi-private trainings we can identify what we consider the most important areas to work on given clients’ postural analysis, history, goals, activities and design a workout regarding that areas.
Also, specific modifications increase effectivness and safety for individual clients. Not every exercise is suitable for every client. While one exercise can be appropriate for someone, at the same time it can be uncomfortable and painful for others.
